Login troubleshooting

This document describes how to solve common login issues in the 360 Client Hub and the 360 Partner Hub

If you are having issues logging in the 360 Hub, please try the following steps:

1. Check 360 Hub URL

Please make sure you are accessing the URLs https://hub.360dialog.com or https://hub.360dialog.com/auth/login to login.

2. Log in a private window

Open a private window (Press Ctrl + Shift + n or ⌘ + Shift + n) and try to log in again with the URL hub.360dialog.com and your email and password.

3. Disable ad blocker and other add-ons

If you have add-ons in your browser, they might be preventing you from being able to login. Please disable all add-ons and ad blockers before trying again.

4. Reset password

Your password could be wrong or invalid. You can use the Reset password link below the password field to register a new one.
