# Pricing and Billing

Learn how 360Pilot calculates your monthly fee and how billing works.

### Your monthly fee

Your fee is based on your monthly WhatsApp spend. This includes Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) ads and paid messages. Starting October 1, 2026, it also **includes Service Message charges**. The [Invested](/360pilot/funnels-dashboard/funnels-dashboard-reference.md#invested) figure in the Funnels dashboard includes these charges too.

360Pilot calculates your fee after each billing period using the spend it tracked that month.

| Monthly WhatsApp spend | Monthly fee                  |
| ---------------------- | ---------------------------- |
| €0–€10,000             | €50                          |
| €10,001–€25,000        | €150                         |
| €25,001–€50,000        | €350                         |
| €50,001 or more        | 1% of monthly WhatsApp spend |

Your plan includes CTWA, Paid Messages, and Organic entry points. There is no setup fee.

Your selected spend range sets the monthly fee. If your monthly spend is €50,001 or more, the fee is 1% of that month's spend.

### Billing terms

* Billing occurs monthly.
* You can cancel with 30 days' notice.

### VAT for EU companies

If your company is in the European Union, enter your VAT ID during payment setup. This removes 19% VAT from your invoice.

If you do not have a VAT ID, select that option during payment setup.
