{% hint style="info" %}
If you can't see the recently created WABA, go on *Create new WhatsApp Business Account* again, scroll down the page, and select the checkbox confirming you have already created it.

On the next page, you will be able to add the WABA ID, which you can find in your *Meta Business Suite > WhatsApp Manager*.
{% endhint %}
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
**Verify ownership of the number**

Once the client selects the WABA, we'll prompt him to verify his phone number. He will receive a 6-digit PIN through SMS or a phone call.

{% endstep %}

{% step %}
**Finish the migration process**

Once the migration is complete, you can confirm the successful transfer by checking the number’s status in the old WABA within WhatsApp Manager. The status should show **"Transferred"**, indicating the process was successful.

At that point, he can simply delete the number from the old WABA directly within the WhatsApp Manager.

{% hint style="info" %}
The 360Dialog Hub will reflect the new WABA Name on the Details Page after a refresh.
{% endhint %}
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.360dialog.com/docs/hub/migrations/moving-numbers-between-business-portfolios.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
