Understand costs associated with WhatsApp for Business
Each WhatsApp for Business channel generates two types of costs:
Monthly License Fee
WhatsApp Messaging Fees
All costs are transparent and billed through the 360dialog Hub.
Additional fees may apply for optional add-ons (e.g., 360Pilot). These items are invoiced separately from your regular licence and usage charges.
Monthly License Fee
Licence fees cover hosting, messaging throughput, and 24/7 customer support for one month.
Billing starts as soon as the integration onboarding is completed and renews automatically on the 1st of each month.
Regular Plan (Default)
Hosting fee per number
€49 / $49
80 msg/sec, regular support.
Premium Plan
Hosting fee per number
€99 / $99
80 msg/sec, enhanced SLAs, premium support.
Channels activated during the month are invoiced on a pro rata basis for the remaining calendar days until the next billing cycle.
WhatsApp Messaging Fees
Meta Rate Cards contain the official price-per-message for WhatsApp Business.
Messaging Rates are determined by:
Template category
Recipient country prefix code
Monthly volume tier
The cost per message is fixed by Meta - never marked up by 360dialog!
Official USD rates for template messages by country code
Official EUR rates for template messages by country code
Official INR rates for template messages by country code
Meta updates rates quarterly — Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1, Oct 1.

WhatsApp Price Per Message Flow
Message Sent
Template message is delivered and charged as per Meta Rate Card
Client Hub > WhatsApp Business Account > Usage
Balance Deducted
WhatsApp messaging cost are automaticaly deducted from the prepaid balance in the Hub
Client Hub > Funds
Balance Top-Up
Manual or Auto-Renewal prepaid balance to allow messages to be sent
Client Hub > Funds Client Hub > Invoices
Month Closing Invoice (MCI)
Issued 1st of each month, shows total messaging cost, top-ups and any remaining balance carried into the following month
