# Quality rating

### Phone Number Quality Rating

The phone number quality rating reflects how recipients respond to messages sent from a WhatsApp Business phone number over the previous seven days. The rating is primarily determined by customer feedback signals, including blocks, reports, and related messaging feedback.

***

### Where to Find the Quality Rating

The quality rating is available in:

Meta Business Manager > WhatsApp Manager > Phone Numbers

The **Quality rating** column displays the current status of each phone number.

### Quality Rating States

The following quality states may appear:

* :green\_circle: High quality
* :yellow\_circle: Medium quality
* :red\_circle: Low quality

Maintaining a Green quality rating may enable eligibility for additional messaging features.

If the rating is Yellow or Red, hover over the rating in WhatsApp Manager to view available insights, including block feedback when provided by Meta.

### Customer Block Reasons

When a WhatsApp user blocks a business, they may optionally select a reason. These signals contribute to the quality rating calculation.

Possible block reasons include:

* No longer needed
* Didn’t sign up
* Spam
* Offensive messages
* No reason provided

These indicators help identify messaging practices or templates that may require adjustment to reduce future blocks.

### Viewing Historical Quality Data

To review quality performance over the past 30 days:

1. Navigate to the Phone Numbers list in WhatsApp Manager.
2. Click the icon in the **Settings** column.

The historical view displays the lowest quality rating recorded for each day, helping identify trends or events that may have influenced rating changes.
