This process is not currently available. We will enable it as soon as Meta resolves the pending issues.
It's important that this Meta account has admin access to the Meta Business Manager that will manage this WhatsApp account.
To create a new account, use an Embedded Signup entry point such as an Integration Partner or our signup page. The first page of the form will create a 360dialog Client Hub account for you.
You must access the 360dialog Client Hub, click on the 'Add number' and then Continue with Facebook which will launch the Embedded signup flow.
To get a WhatsApp Business API Access with an existing phone number, you will need the following:
Before starting the process, login your Facebook Business Manager > WhatsApp Accounts > and choose to “Link a WhatsApp Business account”
Enter the phone number associated with your WhatsApp Business App that you would like to CoExist in Cloud API. Confirm and leave the page.
The user who will perform the onboarding needs to have admin access to the account and direct access to the phone which has the number in the WhatsApp Business App installed.
You can only move on with this process if your number is already registered on the WhatsApp Business App, otherwise it won't work.
Ensure you are using the latest version (2.24.17 or higher) of the WhatsApp Business app on your phone, before starting the onboarding process with 360Dialog.
If not, update your app in the app store of your device.
You can create a new Meta Business Account or connect to an existing one during the Embedded Signup process. Please choose your Business Manager carefully, since it can't be changed after the number is registered. It is mandatory that the Business Manager is owned by the Business who is sending messages. Adding users who do not belong to this company can cause your Business Manager to be blocked.
You must add your information in the Business Info section of Business Manager Settings. You need to include a legal name, an address, a website, and the business phone number you intend to use for messaging.
Check your website
This information is used by WhatsApp team to ensure compliance with the WhatsApp Commerce Policy. If it's not completely filled, the account will be immediately blocked.
Therefore, the website must:
be provided
be working
be secured with SSL
have a clear explanation of the company's business model
When adding a new number to 360dialog, it’s essential to select the correct information to activate the appropriate setup flow.
Select YES to the question “Is this number connected to Whatsapp Business App” and Confirm number details. This will trigger the Embedded Signup Flow where you will connect the existing phone number in the next steps.
If this doesn't apply, answer NO and it will trigger the correct flow to add a new number.
Important: do not keep the Embedded Signup pop-up open for more than 1 hour, otherwise the session will expire. Please ensure that you have all the pre-requisites ready before starting.
Confirm number details and continue to fill up the business information as shown:
In the next step, choose the option: "Connect your existing WhatsApp Business App", like below:
After clicking next, enter your WhatsApp business App’s phone number:
You should receive a OTP code and a message on your App from Facebook to start scanning the QR code that will appear in the next screen.
Look for the notification from your Facebook Business Account on your mobile device and scan the QR code on the browser.
Now from your mobile device, you can allow contact sharing permissions with 360Dialog. Choose the option that best fits your business needs.
Onboarding and synchronization can take several minutes, depending on a number of factors such as the size of the business's messaging history, internet speed, etc. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our Support Team.
Once the permission in the WhatsApp Business App is completed, on the browser you will see that your onboarding information is being verified
After finishing the verification, your phone number is ready for use.
When you complete the onboarding process, the WhatsApp Business app will automatically refresh and indicate to the business that their number is now connected to the API:
That's it! You can now use the 360dialog Client Hub to create templates, manage your number, and start using the API or the App to send messages.
