Partner-led Business Verification

Partner-led Business Verification (PLBV) allows trusted businesses to get verified faster, often within 48 hours. It is ideal for companies that want to start messaging quickly without waiting for the full Meta review.

Options to submit

Embedded Signup (new accounts)

Goal: Verify a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) through Partner-led Business Verification (PLBV) using the Embedded Signup flow.

Start Embedded Signup normally.

After phone number (OTP) verification, you’ll see an option to upload business documents.

You can upload the documents directly on the screen, or via API if preferred.

Inform Support your BM ID for validation - How to get support

360Dialog will validate the documents submitted and send to Meta's validation. Then, Meta will check the documents and respond in 5 minutes to 24 hours.

What will you see on the screen?

After verifying the phone number, a screen will appear showing the option to upload documents. It looks like this:

Submit PLBV via Customer Support (existing accounts)

Goal: Verify an existing WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) through Partner-led Business Verification (PLBV) using 360Dialog Support.

Process available for active WABAs with 360Dialog (registered and live).

Blocked WABAs are not eligible.

Steps

Collect documents

Gather the required files (see prerequisites). Ensure the data matches BM/WABA exactly.

Open a Support chat

Contact 360dialog Support and start a new chat for PLBV.

Provide account identifiers

Share WABA ID / phone number(s) and the Business Manager ID. Include the business’s legal name and address exactly as shown in BM/WABA.

Attach documents

Upload the proof-of-existence and proof-of-activity files. Add a short note: “Requesting Partner-led Business Verification for WABA [ID]/[phone].”

Submit the request

Send the chat message with all details and attachments.

What happens next

  • 360dialog validates your documents and data consistency. If everything matches, we submit to Meta for accelerated review.

  • Meta makes the final decision; 360dialog approval does not guarantee verification.

  • You’ll receive updates in the same Support chat. Typical timeline: up to 48 hours.

How to confirm it worked

  • You’ll get a reply in the Support chat.

  • Your system should receive the phone_number_quality_changed webhook indicating:

    • Messaging limit increased to 1,000/day, and

    • Display name becomes visible after review.

  • See Webhook events and notifications documentation for details.

Accepted documents

  • Company registration certificate or articles of incorporation.

  • Business license or tax registration document.

  • Government-issued tax certificate.

  • Business bank statement.

  • Utility bill (only for address/phone verification).

Notes

  • Up to 3 PLBV attempts are allowed per client; after that, the Meta-led process is required.

  • Documents must be official, valid, and not expired.

  • Clients already verified or with verification in progress cannot use this feature.

  • Supported languages include: Arabic, Bengali, English, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Mandarin, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese.

Troubleshooting

  • Mismatch detected / request declined: Ensure BM/WABA data exactly matches the documents (legal name, address, registration/VAT).

  • WABA blocked: Resolve the block first; blocked WABAs are not eligible.

  • Insufficient proof of activity: Provide a recent document (issued within the last 60 days).

  • No webhook received: Check if your webhook endpoint is reachable/subscribed and review recent delivery logs.

Other issues

If you still cannot identify the reason using the points above, please contact our Support Team and provide the Business Manager (BM) ID.
