Account Setup

This documentation describes how you can manage accounts in the Hub.

Login and Password

You will need an email address and a password to be able to login to the Hub.

The link to the Login Page you can find here: On the Login Page you have the possibility to reset your password in case you forgot it. If you click on "Click here" provide your email address and you receive an email with a link to reset it.

If you haven't received an email, make sure to check the Spam / Junk folder. If you can't find it there, please get in touch with our customer support team via email: support@360dialog.com.

Language Setting

At the moment, we only support the languages German and English. You can change the language of the Hub while following the steps below: 1. Login to the Hub 2. Click on "Profil" in the navigation 3. Select the prefered language

Once this is done the language of the Hub will change automatically everywhere.

Partner Details

In the Navigation you can find under Partners > Details the following information:

  • Business Information

  • Contat Information

  • Legal Address

  • Contact Persons

  • Activations

Make sure to fill out all information and keep them up to date. You can always update and change the input in the fields. Don't forget to click on the "Save" Button in the right corner.

Some fields are marked with a " * " or " **", which indicates that they are: - "*" mandatory to have an account and use the service of Dialog360 - "**" required to create a WhatsApp Business Account and add a Phone Number
