How to set up a get.chat account
To use WhatsApp Team Inbox, you need two accounts:
- 360dialog Hub account
- get.chat account
First, make sure that you meet the requirements for a WABA (WhatsApp Business API) account:

Create a 360dialog Hub Account
The next step is to create a get.chat account or to connect your existing one. Click here:
Hub -> Menu -> Connected Apps. You should see the following:
Setting up a get.chat inbox
- 1.The first step is to select the WABA number you plan to use in your brand-new WhatsApp Team Box.
- 2.The second step is to click "Create my get.chat inbox" to proceed.
FYI: You can only use a WABA number on one integration. If you choose to connect a number currently being used with some other integration, its API key will be disabled, and the number will work only with your get.chat Inbox.
