What to expect from the 360Dialog Partner-Paid billing model

Partner-Paid Billing

As a 360Dialog Partner in the Partner-Paid billing model, you are responsible for all financial obligations generated by the WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABAs) under your Partner Hub ID.

This means:

• You receive all invoices directly from 360Dialog.

• You are responsible for billing your clients.

• You can set your own pricing, bundle services, and fully own the commercial relationship with your clients.

Monthly Costs under Partner-Paid

Subscription License Fees	Hosting fees per number on the 360Dialog platform.	Regular = €25 / $25 per hosted number per month Premium = €49 / $49 per hosted number per month
Messaging Fees	Charged per delivered template message, based on Meta’s Official WhatsApp Cost per Message.	Varies by category, country, and volume tier
