How the 360Dialog Direct-Paid billing model works

Under the Direct-Paid model, 360Dialog manages client invoicing for platform costs associated with individual WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABA).

The 360Dialog Partner Hub still serves as the master management interface for client connections.

Under this framework:

  • Partner pays a monthly Partner Plan subscription

  • Client pays WABA-level costs, including license fees and messaging usage

  • Client invoices are not issued or visible to the partner

Partner Cost

The Partner Plan provides access to the 360Dialog Partner Hub and client management tools and operates on a standard calendar-month billing cycle.

If the 360Dialog Partner Hub is activated mid-month, a pro-rata charge is applied for the remaining days of the initial month.

Client Costs

Client invoices are issued in the 360Dialog Hub, where each client manages payment methods and billing configuration independently.

Costs managed by 360Dialog include:

  • Monthly License Fee: The recurring monthly cost for each WhatsApp channel

  • WhatsApp Messaging Fees: Billed at Meta rates

  • Credit Balance Top-ups: Funds used for messaging usage

Clients onboarded through an integration partner receive preferential pricing on the 360Dialog monthly subscription license fee.
