How to Cancel Your 360dialog Partner Plan

Follow these steps to cancel your 360dialog Partner Plan. Make sure all eligibility conditions are met before submitting your request.

Confirm Eligibility

Before cancelling, verify the following:

  • All WhatsApp Business API channels in your account are already cancelled or terminated.

  • Channels must not be active or billing. If any channel is still active, the Partner Plan cannot be cancelled.

Choose a Cancellation Method

Option A: Cancel in the Partner Hub

  1. Log in to the Partner Hub.

  2. Go to Billing Option.

  3. Open Subscriptions.

  4. Select Manage.

  5. Choose Cancel and submit the cancellation request.

Option B: Submit Written Confirmation

  1. Contact your Account Manager or Support.

  2. Provide a written message confirming:

    • You want to cancel your Partner Plan.

    • You no longer require 360dialog services.

Notice Period

Partner Plan cancellations require 30 days prior notice. The notice always takes effect at the end of a calendar month.

Example A cancellation request submitted on May 15 will have a termination date of June 30.

Review Billing

After the Partner Plan ends:

  • No Partner Plan fees will be charged from the following month.

  • Any usage-based or channel-related charges created before cancellation remain payable.

Termination

Once the request is submitted, no further action is required. The termination date is based on the date the written or Hub request was received.
