How to Cancel Your 360dialog Partner Plan
This page explains the conditions and process for cancelling your 360dialog Partner Plan.
Before You Start
You can request to cancel your Partner Plan at any time. However, specific cancellation criteria and a 30-day notice period apply.
Cancellation Criteria
To cancel your Partner Plan, the following conditions must be met:
No Active Channels – All WhatsApp Business API channels linked to your account must be in a cancelled or terminated state. Channels still active or billing cannot be included in a plan cancellation.

How to Cancel
Please contact your Account Manager or reach out to our Support Team via Chat to request cancellation.
Your written confirmation must include:
A clear statement that you wish to cancel your Partner Plan, and
Confirmation that you no longer require 360dialog services.
Notice Period and Termination Date
Partner Plan cancellations require 30 days’ notice, effective at the end of a calendar month, in line with our license termination terms.
Example: If your cancellation request is received on May 15, the termination date will be June 30.
The effective date is based on when your written request is received.
Billing After Cancellation
No additional Partner Plan billing will occur from the month following termination.
Any usage-based or channel-related charges incurred before cancellation remain payable in full.
