Invoices
The Invoices page in the 360Dialog Partner Hub provides an overview of all platform costs generated from WhatsApp messaging activity on 360Dialog.
Invoices can be viewed, downloaded, and paid directly from this page.
The types of invoices displayed depend on the configured billing model.
Partner Plan Invoice
All partners receive a Partner Plan invoice, regardless of the billing model selected. This applies to both Direct-Paid and Partner-Paid partners.

Monthly subscription fee for the selected Partner Plan.

Additional Invoices
For partners using the Partner-Paid billing model, additional invoices are generated for channel subscriptions and usage.

Monthly Closing Invoice (MCI)
Monthly invoice summarizing WhatsApp messaging usage and other platform charges for the previous billing period

Invoice generated when credits are added to the credit balance
Issued each time a top-up is processed

Usage Reports
For partners using the Partner-Paid billing model, the following detailed reports are generated and sent each month.
WhatsApp Usage Summary by WABA
Monthly breakdown of billable messages by category (Marketing, Utility, Authentication) and associated costs per channel
Daily Message Counts
Granular report showing daily delivered volumes grouped by channel and category
Invoice Status
Each invoice includes a status indicator showing if any action is required

Automatic payment was not completed or manual payment is required.

Partners receive all relevant invoice documents reflecting subscription fees, credit top-ups, and usage charges, according to the configured billing model.
