Commerce Policy Checks for WhatsApp API Access

• Each WhatsApp Business Account must pass a Commerce Policy Check that is done by Meta, before gaining API access.

• Typical review time: 1-2 days (but can take longer depending on the complexity).

• If pending for over 10 days, check:

  • Business Info is filled out in Facebook Business Manager.

  • Website is online and is globally available.

  • Correct website URL is listed in Business Info Section
