Accelerated Onboarding is an alternative pathway for getting display name verification and messaging limits for trusted businesses in a faster way. If all submitted documents are correct and accepted, businesses can have their messaging limit increased to 1000 messages within 48 hours.

While the Accelerated Onboarding path is ideal for businesses who want to start messaging quickly.

Who can use it?

You can use PLBV during the signup process if:

  • You are an Admin of the client’s Business Portfolio.

  • You are creating a new WhatsApp Business Account.

  • The client’s business is not verified yet.

PLBV is automatically available to all new users going through Embedded Signup.

How does it work?

Start Embedded Signup normally.

After phone number (OTP) verification, you’ll see an option to upload business documents.

You can upload the documents directly on the screen.

Inform [email protected] your BM ID for validation

Meta will check the documents and respond in 5 minutes to 24 hours after 360Dialog validation.

Accepted Documents for Business Verification

Meta accepts the following documents during the business verification process. All documents must be:

  • Valid (not expired)

  • Officially issued by the appropriate government or financial authorities

Accepted Document Types:

  • Company registration certificate or Articles of Incorporation

  • Business license or Business registration document

  • Government-issued tax document (e.g., tax certificate)

  • Business bank statement

  • Utility bill (only for address/phone)

Self-completed or unsigned tax forms are not accepted.

Utility bills are only accepted to verify the business address or phone number. The bill must include the business name. It cannot be used to verify the legal business name.

Availability & Limitations

  • Available via Embedded Signup.

  • Supported file types: PDF, JPEG, JPG, PNG (≤ 5 MB).

  • Max 3 partner-led attempts per client; then Meta-led process required.

  • Clients already verified or in progress cannot use PLBV.

What will you see on the screen?

After verifying the phone number, a screen will appear showing the option to upload documents. It looks like this:

Submitting via Customer Support (for existing accounts)

Prerequisites

  1. Active 360dialog WhatsApp Business API number: businesses can only submit requests for Accelerated Onboarding after their WABA is already registered and live with 360dialog.

  1. Business Manager with valid Business information: during this process, we will check if the information present in the Business Manager/ WABA matches the documentation provided. If it doesn't, the request will be declined.

Submit Documents to our Support Team

Once you have gathered all necessary documents, contact our Support Team by submitting a chat and attach the files for verification.

The information in the Business Manager and WABA needs to match exactly the documentation shared. The documents need to prove the company exists (such as registration documents) and is active (such as utility bill from the last 2 months).

Wait for Documents Validation

Our Support Team will validate the documents and ensure that the provided information is sufficient. We will submit the request to Meta for accelerated review.

Approval of documents by the 360dialog team does not guarantee verification. Meta makes the final decision.

This onboarding process can take up to 48 hours.

Monitor Webhooks and Support Chat

You will receive a response from our Support team in the same chat.

If all submitted documents are correct and accepted, you will receive the phone_number_quality_changed webhook indicating the higher messaging limit (1K) and the display name visible after review.
