The first add-on of the Integration Platform is the get.chat Inbox Solutionarrow-up-right.

Get.chat is a WhatsApp Inbox that allows Partners to accelerate the distribution and usage of WhatsApp Business API with a customizable API-first interface. Partners can enrich their customer's experience by embedding the solution within their products and boosting automation performances, without worrying about the complexities of a messaging interface for businesses.

Pricing

On top of the 360dialog license tier price (which should be Regular or Premium), the get.chat Inbox Solution is available for a fixed monthly fee which includes 10 user licenses, with an option to add more. Please consult our team for pricing details.

The solution supports 300 messages sent/received per minute. If higher throughputs are required, get.chat is available to review your messaging requirements and work together to develop a custom solution that meets your needs.

  1. In order to use the get.chat inbox solution, you must be part of our Partner Program.

The get.chat partner_id will give you permissions to manage/deploy the inbox.

You can manage/deploy the inbox through the get.chat UI, or through their Partner API. Please refer to the get.chat documentation for the WhatsApp Team Inbox.
