The Integrations Hub is where you connect 360pilot to external platforms. This allows data to flow between your tools, giving you a unified view of your WhatsApp marketing performance.
What is the Integrations Page?
A centralized page where you can view, connect, and manage all available integrations. Currently, the hub supports Shopify, with more integrations coming soon.
The Integrations Hub is accessible from the main navigation menu in Client Hub.
Shopify Integration
Connecting your Shopify store to 360pilot enables you to track how WhatsApp conversations translate into e-commerce activity. Once connected, you can see which funnels and entrypoints drive actual purchases in your store.
The integration is installed via the Shopify App Store. After installation, your Shopify data will sync automatically with 360pilot.
Requesting New Integrations
If you use a platform that isn’t listed in the hub, you can submit a request. We review integration requests regularly and prioritize based on demand.
