Here you can find information on all our existing integrations and how to use them.

Good to know: There are some prerequisites to using our integrations. Make sure that you are up to speed with all of them!

Our integrations are a great way to expand the use of the WhatsApp Business API. You do not need to be a developer or possess any special technical skills to use them. There are only a few prerequisites:

  • Phone number - one you own and can receive international phone calls and SMS messages during the signup process. Note that it can be a landline OR a mobile phone number. They can both be used as your WhatsApp Business API number.

  • Meta Business Manager (previously known as Facebook Business Manager) FYI: If you do not have one, you can create it during the Embedded Signup Process or create one here.

  • 360dialog Hub account - you need to sign up for our service.

  • An account with a service or integration that you plan to use.

You can only use a phone number currently not used in any WhatsApp account, including regular and Business. If it does, you need to delete the account before you can assign the number to WhatsApp Business API. Please follow the instructions here.
