BSP - Business Service Provider. A company certified by Meta to have direct access to WhatsApp for Business API. 360dialog is one of the largest and fast-growing BSPs in the world.
FBM - Facebook Business Manager, currently called Meta Business Manager
Hub - your personal area on the 360dialog website.
Number porting - a process of connecting your phone number to WABA through a BSP
WABA - abbreviation of WhatsApp Business API
WhatsApp Business - a business account with WhatsApp, used in a browser or with a dedicated WhatsApp app. Not to be confused with WhatsApp Business API, they are not the same.
