Is the integration available to Hubspot's free tier users?

Yes, you can use the integration on any pricing tier on Hubspot.

I receive no notifications in the Hubspot app when a message arrives

Unfortunately, currently, there's no way to trigger a native notification when a WhatsApp message arrives. Get.chat is trying to solve it, but this is what you can do in the meanwhile: 1. If you are using a paid subscription, you can use Workflows to send an in-app notification when there's an incoming WhatsApp message 2. You can download the get.chat app for Android or iOS and rely on the notifications you will get from the app.

Using Hubspot Workflow to send WhatsApp messages

Currently, we do not support Workflow actions. You can use our integration as a trigger when a WhatsApp message is sent or received. We will add support for Workflow Actions soon.
