I don't receive incoming messages notifications on my Mac desktop/notebook
Please make sure that notifications are enabled for your browser. We will use Chrome Browser in our example, but the same is true for all browsers.
On your Mac, click on the Apple menu (Apple icon in the menu bar), then click on System Settings and Notifications in the sidebar. Click Chrome on the right, then turn on Allow Notifications.
