Partner change (between 360dialog Partners)

Clients can request to change from one Partner to another directly in their 360dialog Client Hub.

After the client requests the change, this request will be queued and on the last day of the current month, you will be able to accept the migration. This means that the client is able to request a Partner change anytime, however, it will only be completed on the last day of the current month for billing cycling reasons.

You will receive a notification in your dashboard. Simply click on the notification to accept the request. The account will be migrated to your Partner Hub automatically after accepting the request.

Your client also receives a notification that states the date the Partner Change will be executed. Note that it will show the last day of the current month.
