Step-by-step guide on how to Onboard a number
Registering a WhatsApp Business number can be simplified using 360Dialog's platform. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for creating an account, registering a number, and troubleshooting common issues during the process.
Step 1: Access the Dashboard
Access the provided URL for onboarding
Click the “Log in” button
If you don’t have an account:
Click the “Sign up” button.
Follow prompts to create an account.
Step 2: Log In to Your Account
Click “Log in” button.
Enter your email and password.
Step 3: Initiate Number Addition
On the dashboard, locate and click the “Add new number” button.

Step 4: Confirm WhatsApp Status
Select both options:
“No, this number is not connected to WhatsApp Business API”
“No, this number is not connected to a personal WhatsApp Account”

Step 5: Complete Embedded Signup
Review all entered details for accuracy.
Click the “Start Embedded Signup” button to finalize. Verify the registration status on the dashboard after completing the process.
Troubleshooting "Number Already Registered"
If registration fails due to the number being linked to another account, follow these steps:
Uninstall any WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business applications using this number.
Wait 24 hours and then try registering again.
If the issue persists, verify if the number is not already integrated with 360dialog. You can also request number deletion using the registered email or through dashboard guidelines.
