WhatsApp Profile Setup

A complete profile ensures a professional customer experience and a smoother review by Meta. Please update your WhatsApp Business profile with your logo (profile picture), business description, address, website, and business hours.

Interested in the Green Badge (Official Business Account)? To apply for the "Verified" status, your account must meet these Meta requirements:

  • Number active on 360Dialog for >30 days.

  • Business Manager (BM) must be verified with 2FA enabled.

  • Display name must be approved.

  • Notability: You must provide 5 links to organic media articles about your business (press coverage, news, etc.). Links to your own website or social media do not qualify.

Ad Account Integration (The 360Dialog Hub)

This is required for CTWA campaigns to correctly capture CTWA traffic, i.e. create events, build performance funnels and analyze results in 360Pilot.

To finalize the technical connection between your ads and the WhatsApp API, we use a specific "handshake" process:

  1. Assign a Contact: Provide the email address of the team member responsible for the Ad Account.

  2. The 360Dialog Invite: 360Dialog will email an invite to the 360dialog HUB.

  3. The Connection Process: You will need to log in and attempt to connect the Ad Account following our step-by-step guide.

  4. The "Expected" Error: During this process, there can be encountered an error message. This is normal.

  5. Finalization: Simply notify us once the error appears (including the date/time). Our developers will then finalize the connection from the backend.
