Creating Events

In this page you learn the steps to create an Event in 360Pilot.

Events are the foundation of measuring performance in 360Pilot.

By defining events, you determine which customer or business actions are considered conversions within your funnel. This allows 360Pilot to track and report on the outcomes that matter most to your business.

Follow the steps below to create and configure your funnel:

On the Funnel, click on the “+” button and then “Define new event”

On the Event Definition page, select:

1. Event Type

   1. In thread

   2. External (available soon)

2. Message direction

   1. Business > Lead

   2. Lead > Business

3. Matching strategy

   1. Exact match

   2. Partial Match

4. Message Attributes

   1. Content

   2. Name
