Tappable preview header

In September 2025 Meta introduced tappable preview header feature to text-only marketing messages.

Key improvements:

• Preview capability: People can now view a website thumbnail in the preview header, creating a more engaging customer experience and helping them assess the relevance of the destination before clicking.

• Enhanced navigation: People can seamlessly navigate to the CTA destination by tapping on the preview header, in addition to the CTA button.

The preview header is now available for the following marketing messages formats:

• Single image + text + URL links in CTA button (both static and dynamic links)

• Text only + URL links in CTA button (both static and dynamic links)
