Login

You can log into the Partner account here: https://hub.360dialog.com

WhatsApp Accounts

You can view and manage your clients' WhatsApp Business Accounts directly from your Partner Dashboard.

Integration Settings

Here you can find important integration configuration details and settings.

Partner ID

View and Copy your Partner ID.

Solution ID

Tech Providers must include a valid Meta Solution ID to enable Account Sharing and to host their own Embedded Signup Flow.

Partner Wenhook URL

Partners are required to set a valid webhook URL to receive real-time notifications about important account-related events. These events may include changes to WhatsApp Business Account status, template approvals, messaging limits, and other key actions.

Redirect URL

The Redirect URL defines where a client will be redirected after completing the Integrated Onboarding flow.

Users

The Partner account owner can add additional users to the account. There are two available roles: Owner and Member.

  • Owners can manage WhatsApp Accounts and add or manage users.

  • Members can only manage WhatsApp Accounts.

To remove a user from the account, please contact our Support Team.

Profile

You can manage your company logo and brand name. When clients register a new number through the Integrated Onboarding flow linked to your Partner account, your logo and brand name will be displayed during the process.

Billing Options

You have full control over payment methods, invoicing settings, credit management, and other billing configurations.

Credit Balance

Your credit balance will be consumed from the number's messaging. You can read more about how Meta prices WhatsApp messaging here

Auto-renewal

Auto-renewal automatically sets your funding threshold and top-up amount based on your previous month's conversation volume and spending trends. We recommend keeping this feature enabled to avoid running out of funds and to maintain a consistent funding balance. You can adjust auto-renewal settings at any time by clicking the Modify button.

Invoices

View your latest invoices in this section. You can download PDF copies, make payments, and track your expenses. Edit your invoicing details such as legal name, billing email, address, country and VAT ID.

Add Payment Method

Add a card for payment of Partner Plan fees, License fees and Conversations.

Switching Partner accounts

If you have access to multiple Partner Hub accounts, you can switch between them by clicking the 🔄 icon in top navigation.

Manage Partner Plan

You can manage your Partner Plan from Billing Options > Subscriptions.

Upgrade Partner Plan

You can upgrade your Plan at any time from your Partner Account. Partner Hub > Billing Options > Subscriptions > Upgrade to Premium

Your account will be upgraded immediately and a prorated invoice will be issued for the difference in plan cost for the remainder of the billing period.

Downgrade Partner Plan

To downgrade your Partner plan, please start a chat with our support team.

Cancel Partner Plan

You can cancel your Partner Plan from Billing Options > Subscriptions > Manage > Cancel your Partner Subscription. Refer to our Partner Plan cancellation policy for more details.
