What to expect from the 360Dialog Partner-Paid billing model
As a 360Dialog Partner in the Partner-Paid billing model, you are responsible for all financial obligations generated by each WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) under your Partner Hub ID.
This means:
You receive invoices for all costs directly from 360Dialog.
You are responsible for billing your own clients.
You can set pricing, bundle services, and fully own the commercial relationship with your clients.

Invoices
License Fee Invoice + Partner Plan

Monthly license fees for all numbers under your Partner Hub ID plus the Partner Plan fee

Prepayment Receipt
Anytime during the month
Funds added to the Credit Balance to cover messaging usage

Final reconciliation of the previous month including usage, prepayments, refunds, and outstanding amounts
Reports
Alongside your monthly invoices, you receive detailed usage reports to support cost tracking and reconciliation.
WhatsApp Usage Summary by WABA A monthly breakdown of all billable messages by WABA, grouped by category (Marketing, Utility, Authentication) with total counts and associated costs.
Daily Message Counts per Number Daily delivered message volumes per phone number, separated by category.
These reports are delivered to the billing email saved to the Hub.
Subscription Billing Rules
If a channel is added during the month, a pro-rated charge is applied for the remaining days of that month. A full monthly licence fee is billed starting from the next month.
When a subscription is cancelled, the number remains active and accessible until the end of the current month. Billing stops from the following month.
Our agreements are designed to be clear, transparent, and fair. While we value all our partner relationships, 360Dialog is not responsible for managing the financial position of your business. Please ensure all payments are made within the agreed terms to avoid service disruptions.
