Partner Plan

The Partner Plan is a monthly platform fee for accessing the 360Dialog Partner Hub and Partner APIs. This fee is billed at the organisation level and applies regardless of whether a Partner uses the Partner-Paid or Direct-Paid billing model.

Partner Plans follow a calendar-month billing cycle. If a Partner Hub is activated in the middle of a month, a pro-rata charge is applied.

Click Request Upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately upon selection. A pro-rated invoice is issued to cover the cost difference for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

To downgrade to a lower Partner Plan, please reach out to Support

Cancel Partner Plan

Partner Plan cancellations require a 30-day notice period. Termination takes effect at the end of the following calendar month.

All channels under the Partner Hub ID must be manually cancelled and invoices fully paid before a cancellation request can be submitted.

Any usage-based or channel-related fees accrued prior to the effective cancellation date remain payable.

Submit a cancellation request

Once the request is submitted, no further action is required.

If unsure whether to proceed with cancellation, contact Support to connect with an Account Manager for guidance.
