According to Meta’s security policy, Business Solution Providers (BSPs) cannot assist with account recovery or related issues for Meta Business Manager accounts. If you have lost access to your Meta Business Manager account, you must contact Meta Support directly to regain access.

Partners / ISVs should not be added as Users to a Client’s Meta Business Manager. Meta explicitly advises against adding users with public or unrelated email domains, as this can lead to account suspension or business portfolio unverification.

Business Verification Compliance Meta explicitly states that submitting inaccurate information or attempting to verify a business without authorisation can lead to verification failure, loss of existing verification, other enforcement actions by Meta.

Multiple Business Manager Accounts Clients should maintain only one Meta Business Manager per business. If issues arise, clients must resolve them through Meta’s official support channels rather than creating a new Business Manager.
