Disable 2FA

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled by default on all registered phone numbers to provide an additional layer of security. It is managed directly through Meta Business Manager > WhatsApp Manager within the phone number settings. Please note that we do not provide access to 2FA settings via 360dialog APIs.

Permission

Only a 360dialog client or an administrator of the Meta Business Portfolio can disable 2FA. For security reasons, we cannot disable 2FA at the request of anyone other than a client.

How to disable 2FA

Go to Meta Business Manager > WhatsApp Manager> Phone Numbers > Settings

Select Two-Step Verification, then click on Turn off two-step verification

An email with a link will be sent to the email address associated with the business portfolio.

Use the link to disable two-step verification.
