Partner Plan Cancellation Policy

[For Partners] This page describes the conditions and process for cancelling your 360dialog Partner Plan.

You may request the cancellation of your 360dialog Partner Plan at any time. However, the following conditions and notice period apply.

Cancellation Criteria

No Active Channels: All WhatsApp Business API channels associated with your account must be in a cancelled or terminated state. Channels must not be active or billing.

Cancellation Methods

  • Cancel via Partner Account: You can cancel your Partner Plan from Billing Options > Subscriptions > Manage > Cancel your Partner Subscription.

  • Written Confirmation: You can submit a written cancellation request via your Account Manager or Support Chat, explicitly confirming that you wish to cancel your Partner Plan and that you no longer require 360dialog services.

Notice Period & Termination Date

Partner Plan cancellations require 30 days' prior notice, effective at the end of a calendar month, in accordance with our license termination terms. This means that if a cancellation request is received on, for example, May 15, the termination date will be June 30.

The cancellation date is determined based on the date of receipt of the written request or cancellation request via the Partner Account. No additional billing will occur for your Partner Plan starting from the following month. Any usage-based or channel-related charges incurred prior to cancellation remain payable in full.
