Não, mesmo que você pague via Boleto ou Pix, a cobrança será feita pela nossa entidade alemã, e você receberá uma fatura alemã. Nenhuma Nota Fiscal brasileira será emitida. As faturas são emitidas de forma padrão através da nossa GmbH.

Há custos adicionais de transação ao fazer um pagamento?

Não, não aplicamos custos adicionais de transação ou taxas de processamento de pagamento do nosso lado. No entanto, o parceiro é responsável por quaisquer taxas de processamento cobradas diretamente pelo processador de pagamentos (EBANX), assim como pelo IOF.

Qual taxa de câmbio é usada para os pagamentos?

A taxa de câmbio é definida pela Ebanx. Eles utilizam a taxa de câmbio vigente (FX) no momento da criação do pagamento.

This guide explains how to activate and use Pix & Boleto for invoice payments and balance top-ups.

Enabling Pix & Boleto

Pix and Boleto payments are optional and available upon request. To activate them, follow these steps:

Open a Support Chat

  • Log into your 360Dialog Partner Account.

  • Navigate to Support Chat and start a new conversation.

Request Activation

  • Ask the support team to enable Pix and/or Boleto for your account.

Provide Your CPF or CNPJ

  • CPF – Required for individual partners.

  • CNPJ – Required for registered businesses.

Wait for Confirmation

  • Activation takes up to 24 hours.

  • Once activated, you can start making payments with Pix & Boleto.

After activation, you can use Pix & Boleto for paying invoices and topping up your balance.

Who can use Pix and Boleto?

These payment methods are available for all Brazilian partners with an active 360Dialog Partner Account.

How long does it take for my payment to be processed?

  • Pix payments – Processed instantly.

  • Boleto payments – May take up to 48 hours to confirm.

Can I request a refund for a Boleto or Pix payment?

No. Payments made via Boleto or Pix are non-refundable once processed. Contact support if you have concerns.

Are there any limits on payment amounts?

Currently, there are no defined minimum or maximum limits. If limits apply, they will be communicated by support.

What happens if my payment fails?

  • Verify your bank details and ensure the transaction was completed.

  • If the payment is still not confirmed, contact 360Dialog support for assistance.

Will I receive a Brazilian Nota Fiscal if I pay via Boleto or Pix?

No, even if you pay via Boleto or Pix, you will be billed by our German entity and receive a German invoice. No Brazilian Nota Fiscal will be issued. Invoices are issued in a standard way via our GmbH.

Are there any additional transaction costs when making a payment?

No, we do not apply any additional transaction costs or payment processing fees on our side. However, the partner is responsible for any processing fees charged directly by the payment processor (EBANX), as well as the IOF tax.

What conversion rate is used for payments?

The conversion rate is determined by Ebanx. They use the current foreign exchange (FX) rate at the moment of payment creation.
