Client Hub Overview

The 360Dialog Client Hub is your main interface to manage WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABAs), phone numbers, and team members.

It centralizes all administrative and operational actions in one secure place.

You can access the Client Hub via:

Signup options

There are two ways to create an account:

Integrated Onboarding

Sign up via one of our Integration Partners — this option launches the Embedded Signup flow directly within your Integration Partner’s application.

Direct Signup

Alternatively, you can create your account directly with 360Dialog using the standard signup form.

Numbers Management

The Numbers section is the central place to:

Number statuses

Each number will display its status on the main page.

The status may be one of the following:

Status
Description

Live

This number is active and ready to send and receive messages.

Setting up

We’re finalizing the setup of this number. It will be ready to use soon.

Error

Please contact support. Something is preventing this number from working

Inactive

Your channel is no longer active.

Customers can’t reach you, and you can’t message them.

Cancelled

Your channel is scheduled for cancellation.

At the end of this month, you will no longer be able to send or receive messages.

How to View and Manage Numbers

Use the Top Menu selector in the Client Hub to switch between numbers.

Click Manage WhatsApp Business Account to open the WABA management portal for that number.

There, you'll be able to find:

WABA Account Name

Shows the Name of the WABA

WABA ID

Shows the WABA ID

Phone number

Shows the phone number registered in the WhatsApp Business API

Account Status

Shows the status of your integration.

Account name

Shows the Display Name of the WABA

Data Storage Regions

Shows the current Data Storage Region setting.

Quality Rating

Shows the current Quality Rating of the Phone Number

Business Messaging Limit

Shows the current Messaging Limit of the Phone Number

Importing Numbers

If your number is already registered with the WhatsApp Business Platform via another BSP or directly with Meta, you can migrate it to 360Dialog.

Troubleshooting

Login Issues

Having trouble logging into your 360Dialog Client Hub?

Try the following steps:

Check login URL

Make sure you are using the correct URL: https://app.360dialog.io/login/

Try a private window

Open an incognito/private tab (Ctrl + Shift + N or ⌘ + Shift + N) and attempt login again.

Disable browser add-ons

Turn off ad blockers or extensions that may interfere with the login process.
