Cancel Subscription for a Number
Learn how to cancel subscription if you don't want to use it anymore.
Inactive channels:
do not generate any further charges.
can be reactivated at any time.
When a subscription is cancelled, the service remains active until the end of the month. After that, the channel becomes Inactive.
Only clients (not integration partners) can request cancellation of numbers.
Login to the 360dialog Hub.
Use the link: https://app.360dialog.io/number
Click on Manage WhatsApp Business Account.
Scroll to the Danger Zone and click Cancel Subscription.
Confirm the phone number and type CANCEL to proceed.
Click Cancel subscription to complete.
You may be asked to leave us an optional feedback.
Cancellation can be revoked before end of month in 360dialog Hub. Once end of month is reached, number becomes "inactive" and inactive banner is displayed with the ability to re-activate number.
