Cancel Subscription for a Number

Learn how to cancel subscription if you don't want to use it anymore.

Inactive channels:

  • do not generate any further charges.

  • can be reactivated at any time.

When a subscription is cancelled, the service remains active until the end of the month. After that, the channel becomes Inactive.

Who can request a cancellation?

  • Clients: Can request the cancellation of their own numbers.

  • Partners: Those using the Partner-Paid billing model can request cancellations on behalf of their clients.

How to cancel a subscription for a number:

Login to the 360dialog Hub.

Use the link: https://app.360dialog.io/numberarrow-up-right

Click on Manage WhatsApp Business Account.

Scroll to the Danger Zone and click Cancel Subscription.

Confirm the phone number and type CANCEL to proceed.

Click "Cancel subscription" button to complete.

You may be asked to leave an optional feedback.

Phone number can be reactivated before the end of the month by pressing "Reactivate now" button:

Once the end of month is reached, number becomes "inactive". Another banner in 360dialog Hub is displayed with the ability to reactivate the number.
