Auto-Renewal
Managed in the Funds section of the Hub
To prevent service interruptions, 360dialog automatically renews the usage balance through the Auto-Renewal feature in the Client Hub.

How Auto-Renewal Works
When the usage balance is low, the system automatically adds a top-up amount to keep messaging active.
The new balance becomes available immediately after the transaction is successful.
Each auto top-up generates a separate invoice, visible in the Invoice section of the Client Hub.
Threshold: €10
Auto-Top-Up triggers when your balance reaches €10 or less.
Top-Up Amount: €50
€50 is automatically added to the balance.
Manage Auto-Renewal Settings
In the Funds section of the Hub → Manage Funds → select the channel → configure Auto-Renewal settings.

Enable / Disable Auto-Renewal
Turn automatic balance replenishment ON or OFF.
Edit Threshold
Choose the minimum balance level that triggers auto-top-up.
Edit Amount
Define how much to add each time the threshold is reached.
If funds reach zero outbound messaging will pause until a top has been processed.
Auto-Renewal Disabled
If Auto-Renewal is turned off, the account holder is responsible for monitoring the usage balance manually.
When the balance reaches zero, outbound messaging will pause until a manual top-up is processed.
If the balance drops below zero, an automatic top-up may still occur according to the last saved Auto-Renewal settings — even when disabled — to prevent service suspension.
