BSP Permission
Check if a WABA is missing its BSP permissions, and learn how to fix it
360Dialog needs Business Solution Provider (BSP) permissions over your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) for messaging to work.
When 360Dialog does not have BSP permission over a WABA, the WABA will not be able to send messages via the 360Dialog API.
Checking BSP Permission
Click here to open the WhatsApp accounts page. This page lists all of your WABAs.
Click on a WABA, then click the "Partners" tab on the right-hand side of the page. The WABA's current partner is listed on this tab.
If 360Dialog is not listed under "Partners with full control", then 360Dialog does not have BSP permissions. See here how BSP permission can be added back: Re-adding BSP Permission

BSP Permission Removed
Once the BSP permission is removed, 360Dialog will no longer have access to the WABA. As a result, messaging will stop working.
The following error message will be displayed in the 360Dialog Hub: Please contact support. Something is preventing this number from working

Then, in the Manage WhatsApp Business account section, we can see the exact reason:
We couldn’t load your WhatsApp Commerce settings. The linked phone number is no longer active or has been removed from Meta, and messaging/number functionality will not work until resolved. Please contact support to resolve this issue.

Re-adding BSP Permission
WhatsApp Business Platform-Only Numbers
If the WABA only contains phone numbers that are exclusively on the WhatsApp Business Platform, e.g. the phone numbers are not also on the WhatsApp Business app (via Coexistence), you have the following options:
Option 1
Open the WABA, click "Assign partner" and add our ID: 734443296905665

Option 2
Repeat Embedded Signup and, during registration, select the same existing WABA. This action will assign our BSP permission to the WABA.
Coexistence Numbers
It is not possible to assign a partner to an existing WABA, so you need to repeat the registration according to the following steps:
1. First, you will have to disconnect the phone number from WhatsApp Business Platform. To do so, access your WhatsApp Business App and navigate to Settings > Account > Business Platform and press the "Disconnect Account" button.
2. Redo the onboarding process as explained here. During Embedded Signup, select same WABA the phone number was previously located in.
