How the 360Dialog Direct-Paid billing model works

Partner Hub ID = your master account in 360Dialog’s Partner Platform.
Any WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) created for a client is still managed under your Hub, but billing is handled directly between 360dialog and the client.
360Dialog invoices your end clients directly for all charges, not you. Partner Plan still applies.
Monthly license fee (flat rate per number, per month) billed directly to your client
WhatsApp conversation charges (Meta’s rates) billed directly to your client
Each client receives invoices directly from 360Dialog for their WABA license and usage.
Clients prepay to cover their own conversation usage.
360Dialog manages all payment processing and collection.
As a 360Dialog Direct-Paid Partner, you’ll only be responsible for the monthly Partner Plan fee you choose. For more details, please see the Partner Plan section of our documentation.
No Billing Burden: 360Dialog handles all invoicing and payment collection from clients.
