Partner Hub ID = your master account ID in 360Dialog’s Partner Platform.
Any WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) provisioned under your Partner Hub ID is tied to your billing model.
360Dialog invoices you (the Partner) directly — not your clients.
Monthly license fee (flat rate per number, per month)
WhatsApp conversation charges (Meta’s rates, passed through to you)
All WABA license fees and usage costs are aggregated under your Partner Hub account ID.
You receive consolidated invoices from 360Dialog.
You prepay to cover conversation usage for all clients and can recharge your balance anytime.
You manage your own pricing — including markups or bundled offers — when invoicing clients.
Control: You manage both client onboarding and the commercial relationship.
Responsibility: If a client stops paying, 360Dialog will continue to charge you until you cancel their license. This is possible either in the HUB or using the API.
Scalability: One central dashboard and API to manage all clients efficiently.
Partners reselling WhatsApp Business API access alongside their own services.
Businesses that want a single consolidated invoice for all client activity.
