Direct-Paid Monthly Invoices
In the Direct-Paid model, 360Dialog invoices your clients directly for WABA-level costs. As a Direct Paid partner, you only receive a monthly Partner Plan invoice.

Covers access to the 360Dialog Partner Platform, features, and support
Access & Pay Invoices
> For Clients
Log in to their 360Dialog Client account → Unpaid Invoices → Pay Invoice
Prepayments made by adding funds to their Credit Balance
Payment Methods & Fees
Credit Card (4% fee)
Local payment methods (e.g., Pix, Boleto in Brazil)
No markup by 360Dialog
Service Suspension Rules
Credit Balance ≤ 0.00 → Immediate block on outbound messages
License invoice overdue >7 days → Block until payment is made

Go to Unpaid Invoices
Select Pay Invoice
Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card
Partners do not receive client invoices under this model but can monitor client usage and billing status in the Partner Hub.
