Partner-Paid vs. Direct-Paid Billing

We support two billing models on our Partner Platform: Partner-Paid and Direct-Paid.

Why Do Two Billing Models Exist

We understand that each Partner is unique and comes with a different business model. Some want control over pricing and prefer to bundle billing with their own services (Partner-Paid). Others prefer to offload billing to 360Dialog, reducing admin and financial risk (Direct-Paid).

What's The Difference

Partner-Paid - You (the Partner) receive all invoices from 360Dialog and manage billing to your clients. Offers flexibility to set your own pricing, bundle services, and own the commercial relationship.

Direct-Paid - 360Dialog invoices your clients directly, and you are not responsible for their payments (Partner Plan still applies). Removes the burden of billing and payment collection, letting you focus on your services.
