Month Closing Invoice (MCI)
What to expect from the 360Dialog Partner-Paid billing model
The Month Closing Invoice (MCI) is issued automatically on the 1st of each month. It provides a full reconciliation of all per-message usage costs billed at Meta Rates for the previous month, across every WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) under your Partner Hub ID. Any amount payable is automatically charged to your saved payment method in the Partner Hub.
If no billable messages were sent in a given month, no MCI will be issued.
