Raise a Support Request

Go to the 360dialog Hub Login.

Click on Login.

Enter your Username and Password then click on Continue.

Click on the Support Widget in the right bottom corner.

Click on Ask a question.

Select the appropriate Topic:

1. Raise a support request

Enter your question or Issue Description.

Confirm your selection:

1. That answered my question only if the bot answered your question.

2. Connect to an agent if you still need so reach someone from the support team.

Select Confirm to agree with our Support Guidelines.

Select the Case Type. If you're not sure please check out the Case Type Table.

Select the Issue.

Enter any additional details that are required.

Note your Conversation ID.

1. Optional Continue on WhatsApp. If you would rather communicate with us using your WhatsApp number.

Optional Scan the QR code with your WhatsApp App camera.
