Once you become a 360dialog Partner, you will have access to the most reliable and user-friendly B2B2B solution for WhatsApp.
With specialized support, premium features and continuous updates, we give Partners the infrastructure they need to focus on their own unique platform and services, while ensuring customers leverage WhatsApp's full potential efficiently.
Every time a new client creates an account, they will have access to their Client Hub.
It is mandatory that the client account is registered under a real company email address. The client must accept 360dialog terms and conditions, and use their own Meta account to register any WhatsApp phone number.
The use of the Client Hub, though, is optional. You have access to the same information in your Partner Hub or through the Partner API.
We have different features that allow you to offer a seamless signup experience to your clients, with several customization options. You can read about them here. On top of that, you have access to information and actions via API, which allows you to provide experiences where customers don't even have to access our UI (but the option will always be there if they want to!).
