Billing

The Billing section of the Client Hub should contain the latest information about your company and payment method. This information is used for:

• Your monthly invoices

• The payment method for licence fees and balance top-up payments

Keep these details up to date to avoid invoicing errors and payment failures.

• Email, Address, Country, VAT ID

19% VAT will apply to companies registered in Germany, as well as EU companies that do not provide a valid VAT ID

VAT will not apply to companies registered outside the EU or EU companies with a valid VAT ID

Payment details

Card details for licence fee and balance top-up payments

• Type, Holder, Expiry date, Ends With
