Migrate to alternate BSP
This document describes how to migrate to another BSP.
Migrate number from 360dialog --> Another BSP
If you want to migrate your number away from 360dialog you must disable 2FA on the existing setup.
For Client Owned WABAs (onboarded via Embedded Signup / aka. Shared WABAs)
The Business Admin (Owner of the WhatsApp Business Account) can disable 2FA directly from WhatsApp Business Manager > Phone Numbers > Configurations > Two-step confirmation: There will be an option to disable or enable it.
For BSP Owned WABAs (onboarded via Classic Signup / aka. On-Behalf-Of WABA)
Create a ticket (Topic: 2FA disable request) and we will disable 2FA for you. Please allow 48-72 hours for us to process your 2FA disable request.
For security reasons, only the Client (owner of the number) can request 2FA disabling. Partners can not request it on behalf of Clients.
After the number is transferred away from 360dialog, you must cancel your 360dialog subscription to avoid further charges.
