You can cancel the subscription of a number by following these steps:
Login to the 360dialog Hub
Click on the "Manage WhatsApp Business Account"
Go to the bottom of the page in the Danger Zone and click in "Cancel Subscription"
Type the word CANCEL to confirm the cancellation
Check the consent terms box
Click Cancel subscription to complete the cancellation
When you write CANCEL, you will be asked if you wish to delete the number immediately.
If you select "Yes, I don't want to wait until the end of the month", a ticket will be created to our Support Team to delete the number permanently (downgrade request). After deletion, you will no longer be able to send or receive messages in the WhatsApp Business API.
If your select "No, I want to continue until the end of the month", the phone number will remain in the Hub with an inactive status should you want to re-activate it in future.
Terms & Conditions Only Clients may request cancellation of a number. Integration Partners may not cancel numbers on behalf of a client.
