Partner Change
This document explains how to change your Software integration Partner
At present, a WABA number can only be associated with one Partner at any one time.
You can see your current integration Partner by navigating to your Profile > Organization Settings
You can access Partner Settings in Menu bar in the top right > Settings

You can request to change your Partner at any time by following the steps below. This request will then be queued until the last day of the current month for billing cycling reasons. You will receive a notification when the request is approved.
It is only possible to migrate ALL numbers associated with 1 account. For example: if you have 3 numbers registered under 1 WhatsApp Business Account, all 3 numbers will be migrated to the new Integration Partner. It is not possible to migrate 1 number and leave the remaining numbers with the current integration Partner.
For some clients, partner change requests are temporarily unavailable. You may see a grayed-out request button or encounter an error message indicating, "
Destination partner is using a different payment processor.
"
Please hold off on any partner change requests for the account until further notice. We'll keep you posted on developments. Thank you for your patience.
- 1.Go to Profile > Organization Settings > Request partner change
- 2.Enter the Partner ID of your Destination Partner (If you do not know the ID of your Destination Partner, please contact them directly request it).
- 3.Click Continue to next step
- 4.Confirm terms > Submit Partner Change Request
In some cases, where your new Integration Partner will require a Payment Method to be added before you can proceed.
Your new (destination) Partner must approve/accept your incoming change request from their 360dialog Partner Hub. They will receive a notification about your change request as soon as it's made and, if accepted, the change will only happen on the last day of the current month the request was made. You will be able to see the change date in your panel.
After the Partner Change is completed, you must grant permission to the new Partner to manage your account.
In the 360dialog Client Hub v2, access the menu bar at the top of the Hub > Settings > Partner Settings.
In the Partner Settings section, select the numbers that you wish to grant permission to the new partner to manage. Once you have made your selection, click on the "Save Changes" button to apply the permissions.
