Cancel Subscription

You can cancel the subscription of a number by following these steps:

  1. Login to the 360dialog Hub

  2. Go to the bottom of the page in the Danger Zone and click in "Cancel Subscription"

  3. Type the word CANCEL to confirm the cancellation

  4. Check the consent terms box

  5. Click Cancel subscription to complete the cancellation

When you tick "Cancel subscription", the termination date will be calculated and the WhatsApp Business API Client will be queued for deletion. After deletion, you will no longer be able to send or receive messages. The phone number will remain in the Hub with an inactive status should you want to re-activate it in future.

Terms & Conditions Only Clients may request cancellation of a number. Integration Partners may not cancel numbers on behalf of a client.
