When you upload the required documents, Facebook will start the review process. When the review process is completed with a positive result, you will receive the following notifications:

After you've completed steps 1-4 and Facebook has verified your business and your display name, we will deploy the WhatsApp Business API client for you. This is when the billing cycle starts.

If you submit an account after 12th September 2021 you will be eligible for the Business Verification Bypass Pilot.

WhatsApp will review your WhatsApp Account to ensure it is compliant with the WhatsApp Commerce Policy. Be sure to examine the policy closely to make sure your Business compliant.

This step will happen automatically after Business Verification, so there is no action required from you. The WhatsApp Business Account status indicator will display in green to indicate a successful review or red if the account failed the Commerce Policy check.

7. Display Name

One subsequent step of the business verification is the approval of your company's Display Name.

Display Name Guidelines are very strict, and names will often get rejected for small details or minor discrepancies between the name and the Facebook Business, website, or social media. To avoid this, make sure you thoroughly review Facebook's guidelines.

8. Number Registration
